The food from in-room dining was disappointing. It lacked average flavor. I found the breakfast service inflexible. I wanted it in the room because I was not feeling well, but they denied my request. It would have been better to accommodate a simple request, rather than forcing me to visit the buffet (how could I leave my wife alone when she is not well?).

My room, a King Room City View Lounge Access, offered very nice city views. The location is excellent. I found Marina Mall easily accessible and very close. Breakfast offered a vast, delicious selection, satisfying all tastes. Kibriya, Join, Saarah, Sharry, Su Mon, Touraine, and Chef Carl Moore provided really good service!

The gym could benefit from additional equipment, but it remains clean and adequately staffed.

The location was amazing, very close to the mall, that had supermarket inside. it helped a lot because i was with baby. nearby restaurants made finding a place for dinner easy and accessible. the bed in my room was very comfy. I think it was one of the best beds i have had in hotels.

The location is IDEAL, a short walk to Marina Walk. The rooms are spacious and modern with expected amenities. Breakfast offered many choices from Indian to Western cuisines. The restaurant staff was attentive, especially Kibria.

The check-in process had hiccups for my family members arriving a day earlier. This caused some initial inconvenience. It was solved eventually.

the breakfast had many choices. the chefs were able to make a custom dish. i found a coffee bar that offered fresh coffee and ice lattes. the breakfast employees provided quick and friendly service (especially kibria!).

the bathroom bin did not have a bag. i had to throw away old mascara and it was placed on the sink. rubbish wasn't thrown away from the bedroom, even though i left it aside. (i think this is unhygienic).
